- Generally $3 - $15 million of LTM EBITDA. Can do larger transactions.
- Platforms are U.S. based, East of Rockies.

- Resilient business models with predictable, stable revenue streams characterized by recurring or reoccurring revenues and strong, diverse customer relationships.
